Y push-in fitting, 8 mm push-in nipple to external Ø 6 mm
The body of the plug connection is made of nickel-plated brass and PA 66, while the release ring is mainly made of PA 66. The seals are made of NBR, the retaining claws of stainless steel and the cartridge of galvanized zamak. Only silicone-free seals and lubricants may be used during assembly.
The application range covers a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and an operating pressure of -0.95 to 20 bar. The connector is suitable for lubricated and non-lubricated compressed air and neutral gases. Water can be used up to a maximum of 60°C, but requires prior approval of the frame data.
A major advantage of these components is the high level of tightness achieved by a special lip seal, which ensures reliable function under various operating conditions.
