The vacuum system is used to extract dust and dirt particles from dials and watch cases.

A Simplex VO vacuum system can replace several individual vacuum pumps. It ensures that a certain vacuum level is maintained at several workstations simultaneously.

The system does not have to be installed directly at the workstations, which reduces noise emissions and therefore improves working conditions.

Vacuum pump

The heart of the Simplex VO vacuum system is the Mink MV 0080 Synchro dry claw vacuum pump. It was specially developed for vacuum applications that require constant vacuum, high suction power and absolutely oil-free compression.

Energy efficient

Thanks to the intelligent and freely programmable drive, the Mink MV maintains the desired vacuum level in the container by automatically regulating the power of the vacuum pump. Once the set vacuum level in the container has been reached, the vacuum pump switches to stand-by. It only switches on again when required.

Simple installation

The Simplex VO vacuum system is easy to install ("Plug & Pump").
