Extremely robust safety cabinet with hinged doors. Type 90 cabinets are characterized by their high fire resistance of 90 minutes. They, therefore, enable safe and unrestricted storage of flammable hazardous substances in working areas following regulations.
The base sump tray is approved for the storage of water-polluting and flammable liquids of all hazard classes.
The cabinet has a ventilation and extraction system for connection (NW 75) to a technical exhaust air system or a filter system. A rotating wheel in the exhaust air grille serves as an indicator for sufficient technical ventilation.
Access control is carried out via a profile cylinder lock with a locking status display (red/green).
Special features
After opening, the doors lock in the hold-open system and remain at the opening angle.
The integrated transport base allows easy transport with a pallet truck, a pallet is not necessary. The total height is 193,5 cm, so the cabinet can be transported upright through doors. The plinth panel is not included in the delivery.
Fire protection
Important components such as the 3-fold door suspension, the entire locking mechanism, and all safety elements are mounted outside the storage room and thus protected against corrosion.
The fire-resistant safety cabinet, tested according to the European standard EN 14470-1, has the following safety features: In the event of a fire, melting solders installed in the cabinet trigger automatic closing of the drawers, doors and exhaust air valves. All joints are protected by foamed seals. Special fire protection plates prevent a critical temperature rise in the cabinet.
