The device UVALOC 1000 as chamber version 97055 is the optimum UV curing oven for manual loading and unloading of the parts to be cured. The radiation spectrum and the radiation performance of the lamp are especially adapted to the requirements of UV-curing Loctite adhesives. The device is equipped with a 1000 W medium pressure mercury vapor burner to achieve good through-hardening and a tack-free surface. Burner for irradiation with visible light for depth hardening as well as Fe-doped mercury vapor burners for combined surface and depth hardening are also available.
