SC 13 is a universal compound for all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, with corrosion protection.

Compounds are added during the wet process in vibratory finishing machines and ensure clean, bright and corrosion-free workpieces during the machining process. In the case of workpieces that are susceptible to distortion, a buffer is built up between the workpieces and grinding wheels by means of a foam.

OTEC's compounds are not only characterized by optimum results in vibratory finishing, they are also easy to break down in the wastewater treatment plant - due to the absence of strong complexing agents.

When using fresh water, compound is added to the fresh water as a percentage of the water flow rate. The used water is then conveyed to disposal tanks or directly to a wastewater treatment plant and is not reused.
