elma tec clean A3 is a liquid, alkaline ultrasonic cleaning concentrate. It cleans surfaces made of stainless steel, steel and other ferrous metals, titanium and precious metals after mechanical treatment (turning, milling, lapping, polishing, grinding, drawing and punching). Removes residues of lapping, polishing and grinding media and of punching oil and drawing grease as well as of high-performance cooling lubricants.

Not applicable for aluminium, magnesium and most of their alloys.

Application and Dosage

Ultrasonic bath

Dosage: 3 - 8 % in water
Temperature: 50-80 °C
Cleaning time: 3-5 min

For corrosion-sensitive pieces add a corrosion inhibitor to the cleaning and rinsing bathes.
