Dentsply Sirona Neacid pickling unit
The Neacid pickling unit was developed for material-specific pickling (deoxidizing) of precious metal workpieces. Suitable for etching agents such as neacid, diluted hydrochloric or sulphuric acids.
Usage
The workpieces are immersed into the bath on the swivelling sieve attached to the lid, then rinsed under running water. The lower side of the cover is used as a dropping tray during the transport of the pickled workpieces.
Suitable for continuous operation
The thermostatic control of the electrically heated unit and the resulting low power consumption allow permanent heating during the entire working day. Therefore pickling processes can be carried out with the unit at any time and in rapid succession.
