The Elmasolvex VA is a fully automatic cleaning machine for cleaning mechanical precision parts, such as gears, springs or housings. In rotation or oscillation mode, cleaning and rinsing is performed with multi-frequency ultrasound. The machine is completely rotatable, making the media containers and connections very easy to reach. In addition, the media containers are easy to change and can be rinsed out easily. An integrated particle filter serves to extend the service life of cleaning and rinsing solutions.

The Elmasolvex VA is the standard for the use of flammable solvents in watch movement cleaning. Thanks to the vacuum technology used and all the measures required by TÜV and EU standards for explosion safety, the Elmasolvex VA has its own self-sufficient intrinsic explosion protection.

The user is protected from toxic solvent vapors or odors by suction or a self-sufficient filter system.
